Mostly everybody in the guild is up to date. Anyways for those who don't know, we are merging with the guild Shugotenshi. Those that do know about the merging, what do you think? Have any thoughts about the situation?
My thoughts about this is that I do think it would be a great idea. I mean they really do seem like great people. We personally get along very well. We would combine our guilds and make it a more livelier, more fun and we will both grow in numbers and become more powerful guild altogether. There guild has the same morals and ideas as us. We both like to just hang out and help one another. So we need to get to know them more before we take further action. We will try to get our guild meet with them. Let us not assume that we have already merge because their guild is still deciding if they want to merge and we also have to see if this merge will work out.
But I think, I mostly, should slow down a bit and we should find out everything we need to know about there guild before jumping into anything. I have generally concerns how active there guild is but they did mention that they were all active though.
Another issue about merging with this guild is, we make their leader the VGL; and he will be leading the House of Shadow but that really isn't the problem. The problem is by doing that it gives only just his guild to be a part of the House of Shadow. It breaks organization and how we work things. If we do merge we should have to make a compromise on what classes can go to the House of Shadow. It would be reasonable if we could arrange something that works for both his guild and our guild and make it more unified. We shouldn't have to have boundaries like hey his guild only in this branch of house while all of the Astral Disorder members are in there respected house. When we do this merge we should be just one guild and not two guilds that has an invisble line, Astral Disorder on this side and Shugotenshi guild on this side. If this is not possible then I don't think the merge should happen.
Also I would like to note that their guild leader is a great one. He does have that presence that people know, hey I will work hard for that man. He is someone you could look up to and fight for. Of course Im not exactly the same as him but we both share those kinds of characteristic traits as a leader. Though we lead both in similiar and differently. My opinion though he is another great leader that many can look up to and could do this guild good. Not neccessarily saying we need him but it would be an honor that he could use his leadership to help inspire and motivate the guild like all our leaders of our guild has presented. He works hard just like us so having a guy like him totally fits the requirements to be one of Astral Disorder's VGL.
